During Pope Francis' first Angelus address on Sunday, March 17, 2013 he spoke of a book on mercy which had done "him much good". The book "Mercy: The Essence of the Gospel and the Key to the Christian Life" was written by Cardinal Walter Kasper, President Emeritus of the Pontifical Council for Christian Unity.
